"It's not that I'm lazy. I just don't care. It's a problem of motivation."

You crave something feminine, and by this, I don't
mean Elijah. For you, you want to see pretty
young gals together in that somewhat cliched
relationship. These two are just beauty
personified and you're drooling just thinking
about them, aren't you?

Which Lord of the Rings RPS pairing is your favourite? (Take Two)
brought to you by Quizilla

I think it's hilarious that whenever I take one of these with my Obscure-Type Pairings in mind, I get femslash. :D *geeks out* And, yes, these two are cute together. But highly impractical. Not that Viggo/Elijah isn't impractical.

Or Crispin/Elijah.

I'll just shut up about that now.

The play is nuts. I'm dreaming up hetfic for it. Heterosex! From me! Who'da thunk it? C'mon... people who have ever seen Cocktails With Mimi... it's Paul and Mimi who should get together. Not Paul and Edie. Because Edie is... a vacuous, bitchy little ferb. So I've got a short little tidbit in my head all about that. I'm thinking about calling it "Get Off The Nuclear Warhead" after that line in Armageddon. And, yes, I really do have a reason for that title. Also... eh, why not... Paul and Leland slash. Just for fun. Because Trevor and Kevin are attractive. Sort of. When they're in suits. Unlike Max, who is only attractive when dressed in women's clothing. :D Oh baby.

Okay, whatever. Show's over, I'm tired (and probably either boring or confusing anyone reading).

*gasps* No way... really? Seriously? You like that idea?

... I totally have this whole, elaborate, slightly odd story playing out in my head about those two and the only thing stopping me from attempting to write it is that I think no one will be interested...

Buuuuu-uuuut... *shifty eyes* This bears some serious consideration now.

YESSS!
I am absolutely sure I'd be interested, though I understand your assumption that it wouldn't be popular. I love your fic, and if anyone could do this one justice, you could. I think you really grasp the freaky nature of the slightly unbalanced, and your Elijah is incredibly intriguing.

/sincere flattery

to sum up: please?

Re: YESSS!
Meh, popularity. Since when have I ever really cared about that? I was just afraid that it would be a "for me and me only" type of thing, which wouldn't be much fun. *rubs hands together gleefully* Ah, but if you're interested... well, that makes this all the more workable.

This leaves me wondering how far into a "relationship" I should drop an actual story. Since the idea in my head sort of bounces from funny to sweet to serious to sexy and back again without ever reaching a resolution of any kind. Sadly, it barely touches the freaky. Which seems kind of wrong. Hmm. Damn. *back to the library of plot-crafting*

NOOOO!!!
Don't re-work it because of my silly comments! It doesn't have to be freaky unless you want it to be. One must admit Crispin's a little strange, but that doesn't mean that his romances have to be full of sweetness-inhibiting neurosis and such.

I was mostly just commenting on how well-defined and explored your characters are as opposed to the many faceless fics I read every day.

Sorry if I sound a little frantic, but I've been thinking wistfully about the pairing since you mentioned it, and I'd hate to see it become something you don't want it to.
