Bah... I hate school. It hurts my brain and I hate it. Plus I fall asleep all the time, so I don't know what good it does me.

Oh, right. Point to this. Uh... I've started having vague hand problems. The muscles hurt a little, ache (no sharp pain or anything) and are tight. Sometimes it's hard to hold a pencil.

Is there something I can do? Cold water, hot water, painkillers, wrist braces, etc? This is most certainly a result of my overdrawing and overworking my poor hand... ;___; Need help...

I'd say give yourself a handbath using a footbath solution, works just the same. Make sure the water is hot but not painful and just let them relax. Stretch the muscles best youc an and it should make you feel a bit better. Also focus on your wrists, a lot of hand trouble actually is in the wrist. Good luck:D

As someone who lives with carpal tunnel syndrome (it ain't pretty!), I recommend taking good care of your hands/wrists. :)

Try the above suggestions; also try: alternating heat/ice packs (no more than 20 min. each), a muscle rub like Icy Hot, and/or some kind of wrist support. I wear a semi-flexible support whenever typing or writing a lot, and have rigid braces for those times when the pain is just awful. Ibuprofen also helps, if you can take it.

Hope that helps. :)
