You know what...?
Writing my English paper bears an insane amount of resemblance to completing a Future Problem Solving packet. *eyes bug out* Like... the main idea is the underlying problem (I actually found myself scolding myself for using the word 'and' because then I'd have to prove two concepts instead of one) and the thesis statement is the stepping stone to the solutions... >_> See, this won't make any sense unless you've done FPS.

And if you haven't done FPS, you should consider yourself very lucky. If you've never even heard of it, kiss the ground you're standing on. I envy you.

Heh
I took honors english, scared the hell outta me. Never heard of FPS until now, so, I'm very happy:) I took honors biology too, scared me equally as much. I took honors geometry, I loved it. Sooo, the only hard classes I wanna take are the math ones. There's a.p. history I can take, but I know I'll just DIE if I take it, it's 2 semesters instead of a regular one semester class and they write like, an essay a day, xP *headache* lol:)

Argh. ARRRGH! I took FPS (at a very low level) in high school; I think maybe it was one of my year 9 electives (it seems like much, much longer ago than that). It was made even more pleasant by the fact that I really did hate the other people on my team. I had no idea they had it worldwide, though! :)

Hey... you took it as a class? *growls* It was extracurricular for me. So I did all that torturous activity on my own time and, apparently, because I wanted to. And I hated my team so much that they just gave up and stuck me in the individual category... ha!

And, yes, they do indeed have FPS worldwide. Very much so. In fact, I've been to international competition... *counts on fingers* Four times? Sounds about right. The Austrailians and the New Zealanders always sweep the competition... >___>
