I am slowly drowning in a sea of STUFF. Not only stuff to do, but material stuff that just keeps piling up in my living area.

I hate material stuff. All that it does is end up in piles and obscure important things, like the bed and the computer desk. I say that I could live happily without most of my material things, and yet people insist that I keep them. Highly frustrating.

The problem is that only a small percentage of it is what I would call "my stuff." You know, clothes, books, cds, stuffed things, whatever. Everything else is art supplies. Sketchpads, oil, gouache, and acrylic paints, illustration and matte board, acetate, drawing boards, pencil sets, x-acto knives and matte cutters... I mean, the list just goes on and on. And since I'm usually working on three or more projects at a time, the room is just an interesting mish-mash of all of this stuff, plus my roommates' similar stuff... and occasionally my roommates. *looks at sleepyhead on the floor*

Le sighhhhhhhhh... I could definitely do without the stuff.
