That's good. That was a hell of a lot of wind we got today. Nothing more than a couple small branches and about two tons of leaves fell over this side of town.

That was indeed a fierce wind. A mighty wind, even. ("Oh a mighty wind's a'blown'...")

And of course it has to go ahead and knock a tree down in my front yard. >_

Have you seen the Cuyahoga yet? I haven't, but it's supposed to be well above flood-stage. Record flooding, I think. Wouldn't surprise me. I think we probably got about 3 inces of rain yesterday (including the 3 solid hours of storms we got last night). And guess what, there's ANOTHER severe thunderstorm watch out for tonight! Surprise surprise. Oh man. Do we ever get a break? Our basement likes to flood if there's a lot of rain in a short amount of time, cause the drain by our back door sucks and gets clogged way too easily. It doesn't flood too much, but enough to be annoying. Ugh. I had to get up every once in a while to go check on it and make sure our basement wasn't floating away.... >__<;;
